Scope and operator

This notice covers the public CaseForge guest website operated under the Woodman Supply name. This release offers BluBoo and Legal Voices. Hosted Filing Factory sign-in, document uploads, and payments are not enabled.

BluBoo documents stay in your browser

The file picker gives this page access to the document you select. BluBoo reads and formats it locally. The formatter does not send your document, document name, citations, output, or review report to our server. It does not use an AI model to process the document. The page releases its temporary download links when you leave; files you download remain wherever you save them.

Legal Voices settings

The standalone chooser prepares instructions in your browser. It saves only the selected voice and six numeric tuning controls in browser local storage so that choice is available when you return. It does not save a draft, instructions, identity, tokens, or a customer profile. The embedded picker does not use browser local storage. Copying places the instructions on your clipboard. When you use the public voice connection in a compatible assistant, that host sends the selected voice, profile version, and numeric controls to our service and receives the profile instructions. The two tools do not accept document text, connect to private Cases, or call an AI model. Your assistant handles any draft you give it under its own terms and privacy policy.

Website requests

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Requests necessarily include technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested path, and request time. Cloudflare may process this information for delivery, security, and service operations under its Privacy Policy. The guest application does not add analytics pixels, advertising trackers, an account database, or persistent document storage.

The application does not set a guest login cookie or store your document in browser local storage. Your browser, extensions, operating system, and downloaded files have their own controls. Do not put confidential text into website URLs or unsolicited correspondence.

Correspondence and your choices

If you contact Woodman Supply, the information you choose to send is used to respond and handle your request. Include only what is needed. You can request access, correction, or deletion of correspondence by writing to the business mailing address. We may need to verify that a request concerns your information and retain records required by law.

Because guest documents are not uploaded, we cannot retrieve or delete a copy from your device. Manage those copies through your browser and file system. If you separately share a file with ChatGPT or another service, that service's policies apply to its copy.

Changes

We will update this notice when the actual service or processing changes. Account-based or hosted processing will have its applicable disclosures before it accepts customer documents. This guest notice does not authorize that future processing.
